We are local missionaries and groups of everyday disciples
mobilizing prayer and resources, moving with compassion, making disciples, and multiplying gospel movements wherever the Lord leads. Our vision is gospel movements everywhere through everyday disciples.

ABOUT GLOBAL COVENANT

ABOUT GLOBAL COVENANT

OUR DISTINCTIVES

> INDIGENOUS AUTONOMY

We believe the most effective ministry is local. That’s why we work with leaders who are from the very regions they serve. They understand the language, the culture, the needs, and the spiritual landscape in a way no outsider ever could. We support and catalyze their vision, but we don’t control it. Each field team operates with their own local leaders, internal accountability, and board of directors. Trust and transparency go hand in hand—and we’re honored to serve, not steer, what God is doing through them.

> EVERY DISCIPLE A DISCIPLE-MAKER

We believe disciple-making is for everyone who follows Jesus, not just for pastors or missionaries. And we believe sowing into emerging gospel movements is not just for donors abroad, but for the newest followers of Christ. In all areas of our work, we empower believers to seek God’s heart for how they can mobilize prayer and resources, move with compassion, and make disciples—within their own families and communities, and globally wherever God is at work.

> ROOTED IN FOUR GENERATIONS OF MISSIONS

Our story didn’t start yesterday—it’s been shaped by over a century of faithful obedience. We’re rooted in the work of believers who went before us for the past four generations, carrying the Gospel into difficult places, and paving the way for gospel movements today. That legacy has formed who we are today, and we carry forward what was entrusted to us, with eyes fixed on generations to come.

OUR COMMITMENT TO
FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

At Global Covenant, we carry our mission and vision with great care—because every dollar you give is sacred. You’re not just donating; you’re joining us in one of the most exciting Kingdom stories unfolding in our lifetime.

As a registered U.S. 501(c)(3) organization, we take financial stewardship seriously. That means transparency, accountability, and honoring your generosity with the utmost integrity. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law, and you’ll receive a receipt after each gift, along with an annual giving statement. If you ever want more details, our team is here for you; just reach out.

We believe giving is deeply personal—an act of obedience, love, and vision. That’s why we go to great lengths to honor how you want your gift to be used. When you give toward a specific project, we work hard to ensure your generosity does what you intended. In rare cases where a project becomes fully funded or plans need to shift (sometimes that happens in the places we work), we’ll redirect your gift to a similar effort—same region, same kind of need. If no similar opportunity is available, we’ll reach out to you personally. As much as possible, we relay specific stories and updates from our field partners, so you can see how your gift is making a difference. And for our entire Global Covenant family—whether you give, pray, advocate, or simply stay in touch—we send broader updates that show the full, beautiful impact you're part of.

> HONORING DONOR INTENT

> EFFICIENT USE OF RESOURCES

We’re committed to making every dollar stretch as far as it can to serve what matters most—catalyzing gospel movements where they’re most needed. And when you see a project that says it takes $25 to make something happen, that $25 includes the full process—raising the funds, transferring them securely, equipping on-the-ground teams, and sharing the story back with you. It’s not just a line item—it’s the full journey, from your heart to the field and back. On average, at least 85% of project donations go directly into the ministry areas—leading, growing, and supporting courageous leaders on the front lines. No more than 15% stays in the U.S. to cover vital support work like banking, reporting, coordination, and communication. The only exceptions are when you intentionally give to a U.S.-based initiative or staff member, or when a custom partnership requires a different structure. That’s why our overall financial reports might reflect a slightly different ratio—but our heart remains the same: Every gift is handled with care, and every dollar is doing Kingdom work.

> RIGOROUS STANDARDS

We don’t take your trust lightly. That’s why we align with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), holding ourselves to some of the highest standards in nonprofit finance. This includes:     --  Independent annual audits     --  Detailed internal financial reports     --  Accountability protocols in both the U.S. and the countries where we serve Because many of our partners operate in regions where there’s risk or hostility, some specifics are available only upon request. But you can always reach out—we’re here to answer your questions and share all we can.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

As a non-denominational organization with staff, donors and field partners from a wide array of Christian backgrounds, we joyfully affirm the Lausanne Covenant as part of our DNA and shared vision.

The Lausanne Covenant is a unifying statement of faith and mission, first crafted in 1974 to bring believers together around the call to take the Gospel to the whole world. It expresses a deep love for Scripture, a heart for the lost, and a shared commitment to make Jesus known in every nation.
